It's never easy to create an entity that represents your brand in the open market. Michelle Rouse, ROHO founder and interior design guru, had the same thoughts when considering officially launching her never-before-heard-of boutique interior design brand. What should I name it? Where should I market it, and do I still need business cards, or should I just have a website? Where do I begin? She had many questions and thoughts about how she might want to launch this brand, but to reach her audience, connect with them, and showcase her talents, she needed expert guidance, and she turned to Willful.

The Solution
Initially, a laundry list of deliverables was on the table that needed to be considered. What to name it, colors, fonts, targeted content, what social platforms to use, imagery, points of view, all culled down to an impactful visual portrayal of just what it is Michelle was offering, and the positioning in the market that would allow her to stand out in and amongst the thousands of other brands trying to break through the clutter with her. Given time constraints, budget, and market considerations, several tactics could be employed; however, only a few were feasible within the aforementioned parameters. Develop a new brand identity; build a website with relevant imagery, content, and optimized SEO; and provide all brand collateral, email journeys, collateral materials, and digital awareness across multiple social platforms.
